Main Tasks

  • Accounting & Reporting:

    • Perform daily R2R accounting tasks, including GL postings, fixed assets, treasury, and intercompany reconciliation.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual IFRS-compliant financial statements for assigned legal entities.
    • Conduct Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss account reconciliations, and analyze variances.
    • Ensure the timely closure of books and submission of reports in line with Group MH standards.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Support management and operational business teams with accounting-related queries.
    • Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and statutory bodies during audits and compliance reviews.
    • Work closely with other internal teams (P2P, O2C, Controlling, SAP FICO) for smooth process flow.

    Continuous Improvement & Projects:

    • Participate in special projects, including SAP S/4HANA rollout, transitions, and process
    • optimizations.
    • Contribute to the setup and documentation of efficient accounting processes.
    • Apply strong understanding of accrual concepts in day-to-day operations
Your Profile

Qualification:

  • University degree in Economics, Accounting, or related studies (ACCA, CPA, CA preferred).
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting or audit, with focus on IFRS.
  • Exposure to local GAAP is an advantage.

Core Competency:

  • Knowledge of SAP systems (S4Hana is an advantage).
  • Strong MS Excel skills, capable of handling and interpreting large data sets.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Solid understanding of financial reporting principles, accounting controls, and reconciliations.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills across teams and functions.
  • Fluency in business English, both written and spoken.

  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
