Position Overview:

The Salesforce Intern will be responsible for managing the company's Salesforce

platform to optimize sales operations, enhance customer engagement, and

streamline processes. This role requires expertise in Salesforce, strong

problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to improving efficiency and

functionality.

Responsibilities:

● Maintain regular communication with potential customers to foster relationships

and explore sales opportunities.

● Create and analyze reports to identify customer trends, sales performance,

and market insights.

● Help design and implement workflows and automation to improve operational

efficiency using Salesforce tools.

● Support abandoned cart recovery efforts by leveraging Salesforce capabilities

for customer outreach and follow-ups.

● Assist team members in navigating and utilizing Salesforce features

effectively, ensuring smooth adoption of best practices.

● Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance lead generation and

conversion strategies using data-driven insights.
