About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. This role focuses on identifying and securing business opportunities through online freelance platforms like Upwork, with a special emphasis on sales growth in Shopify and WordPress ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and generate potential sales leads across various online freelance and business platforms, primarily Upwork.
  • Actively participate in bidding for relevant projects and follow up to close deals.
  • Develop new business opportunities within Shopify and WordPress environments.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest customized solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Be adaptable to work in shifts based on business demands.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience (6 months to 1 year) in online bidding, especially on platforms like Upwork.
  • Good understanding of business development in Shopify and WordPress platforms.
  • Ability to grasp client needs and translate them into actionable proposals.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and capable of working independently or in a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts as required.
