CPAG - Service

As a candidate for this position, your responsibilities will include: - Regularly reviewing open complaints to ensure response time and closure as per SLAs - Achieving Revenue generation targets - Ensuring adherence to Preventive Maintenance and auditing the quality of Service regularly - Maintaining Customer i-base hygiene by updating end user data in the system regularly - Driving customer engagement and maintaining high CSI - Building strong relationships with Customers by ensuring timely maintenance and proactively addressing concerns - Developing and maintaining Channel infrastructure as per Expansion plan - Conducting regular visits to Channel to ensure a high level of engagement and alignment with organization objectives - Providing adequate resource support to the channel to achieve committed SLAs - Ensuring timely submission and processing of Invoices of Channel Partners, return of defective spares, warranty, and other claims settlement Qualifications required for this role include: - Knowledge of products such as Room Air Conditioners, Water Purifier, Air Purifier, and Air Cooler - Technical knowledge about Service offerings and Channel Management - Vendor, business associates, and Dealer management - Knowledge of Revenue Generation including AMC and Spare parts - Excellent Communication and Presentation skills - Interpersonal and negotiation Skills,
