Job Description:

Skills: Configure and maintain SAP integration solutions from source SAP to staging [for o9 Implementation]

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integration Design & Implementation: Design, develop, and implement SAP integration solutions for moving data from Apollo Source Systems to the Staging environment using SAP PI/PO, CPI, or other integration tools.
  • System Analysis: Perform system analysis, gather requirements from stakeholders, and propose integration strategies that best fit business needs while ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Data Mapping & Transformation: Define data mappings and transformations for seamless integration, ensuring proper data formats, structures, and error handling.
  • Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve integration issues or data discrepancies.
  • Monitoring & Performance Tuning: Monitor integration jobs and performance, ensuring optimal data flow and processing time; troubleshoot issues and resolve them promptly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with functional and technical teams to align integration efforts with the broader enterprise architecture and business goals.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation on integration processes, configurations, and procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in post-implementation reviews and suggest enhancements to improve integration efficiency and system performance.
  • Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to team members on SAP integration best practices, tools, and troubleshooting techniques. Offer ongoing support for system upgrades and enhancements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • SAP Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP systems (SAP ECC, S/4HANA) and integration tools such as SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, SAP IDOC, or BAPI.
  • Apollo Systems Knowledge: Experience working with Apollo Source Systems or similar legacy systems is highly desirable.
  • Integration Experience: Proven experience in SAP integration projects, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), mapping, and error handling.
  • Programming & Scripting: Familiarity with ABAP, Java, or other programming languages commonly used in SAP integration processes.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify root causes and resolve integration issues effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: SAP certifications related to integration (SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP Integration Suite) are a plus.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working in the [industry type – e.g., manufacturing, retail, finance] is advantageous.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude.

Education:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
