Growwstacks is a AI/automation startup, IT services, etc..We focus on delivering innovative digital solutions to our clients. We are looking for a creative and technically skilled web developer and designer to join us on a part-time or consultancy basis.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain websites that are visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly.
  • Translate design concepts and business requirements into functional web applications.
  • Customize templates and integrate third-party tools as needed.
  • Ensure website performance, speed, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize websites for SEO and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions within deadlines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in web development and design (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or ).
  • Experience with back-end technologies , PHP, Python, or similar).
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Drupal.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/projects.
  • Good communication skills and responsiveness.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and website optimization techniques.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git).
  • Experience in low-code/no-code platforms (optional).

Compensation

  • Flexible, depending on project scope or fixed terms, as discussed during the interview.
  • Competitive and commensurate with experience.
