Role Description

This is an internship role as a member of the Founder's Office with a focus on psychology, offered in a hybrid format. Based in New Delhi, this role allows for a mix of in-office work and remote work. Responsibilities include supporting the founder in brainstorming innovative ideas, conducting research on user behavior and psychology, analyzing user data to guide decision-making, aiding in content creation and engagement strategies, and contributing to strategic projects to help scale the platform effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of psychology concepts and their application in fostering communication and engagement
  • Proficiency in research, data collection, and analyzing user behavior
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for creating impactful content
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a startup environment and support strategic initiatives
  • Project management and organizational skills to support multiple priorities
  • An interest in social platforms and youth engagement is a plus
  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field
