Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for residential and commercial projects.
  • Ensure construction work follows plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Manage labor allocation, attendance, and productivity on-site.
  • Monitor materials usage and maintain inventory records.
  • Ensure safety compliance and maintain a hazard-free work environment.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors for a smooth workflow.
  • Report daily progress and issues to project managers.

Skills Required

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety practices.
  • Ability to read and understand drawings and blueprints.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in construction site supervision.
  • Freshers with internship or project experience are welcome to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹17,000.00 per month
