Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Resident - ICU role based in Greater Noida. Responsibilities include providing round-the-clock medical care for patients in the ICU, monitoring patient conditions, and managing emergencies effectively. The Senior Resident will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, devise treatment plans, and ensure adherence to high standards of clinical care and patient safety. Additional responsibilities include supervising junior medical staff, participating in training and teaching programs, and maintaining comprehensive medical records as per hospital protocols.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in ICU practices, critical care procedures, and patient management
  • Proficiency in diagnosing, treating, and managing critically ill patients
  • Excellent ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Experience in supervising junior medical staff and conducting training sessions
  • Strong commitment to patient safety, ethical medical practices, and continuous learning
  • MBBS degree with a postgraduate qualification in critical care medicine or related field (such as MD/DNB in Anesthesia, General Medicine, or Pulmonary Medicine)
  • Relevant work experience in ICU/critical care is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Certification in ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) or BLS (Basic Life Support) is advantageous
