Role Overview

Seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead design, development, and implementation across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and integrations. You will define best practices, ensure platform scalability, and align solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture and end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Define governance models and ensure CMDB health & discovery accuracy.
  • Oversee integrations with AWS, Azure, SCCM, Jira, SAP, etc.
  • Guide technical teams in scripting, workflows, and automation.
  • Advise leadership on platform roadmap, upgrades, and enhancements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture, design & development.
  • Expertise in ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Event Mgmt), CMDB & integrations.
  • Skilled in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Business Rules.
  • Experience with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server.
  • ServiceNow CSA & CIS-ITSM/ITOM preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Multi-instance environment experience.
  • Exposure to AI automation, Virtual Agent, Now Intelligence.
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD in ServiceNow.
