Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sector Head at Amara Raja Infra Private Limited, located in Hyderabad. The Sector Head will oversee daily operations and strategic management of assigned projects within the company's infrastructure domains. Responsibilities include coordinating project activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, managing budgets, resources, and timelines, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and optimizing project deliverables. The Sector Head will also lead teams, drive innovation, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, construction management, or a related field
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works
• Familiarity with safety regulations, quality assurance, and compliance standards
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Experience in the power infrastructure sector and sustainable technologies is a plus
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
