Role Description

The Spectra Alchemist will be responsible for applying advanced chemistry knowledge in creating and managing spectral analysis pipelines, optimizing AI algorithms for spectroscopic data, and facilitating R&D breakthroughs. Day-to-day tasks include performing data interpretation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with project goals to bring new solutions to light. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chinthamani Madurai, with opportunities to work closely with Albert's innovative technologies and forward-thinking solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in spectral analysis, spectroscopy, and data interpretation.
• Proficiency in handling AI-driven tools and optimizing algorithms for chemical R&D.
• Experience in research methodologies in chemistry and material sciences.
• Collaborative skills to work in cross-functional teams and contribute to scientific projects.
• Advanced degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Chinthamani Madurai, engaging with innovative technologies.
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives in the scientific domain is advantageous.
