Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive with strong

proficiency in Tally and Excel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the finance department in various tasks.

This role requires someone who is proactive, analytical, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry and Record Keeping:
    Accurately enter financial data into Tally and Excel, ensuring all records are up-to-date and error-free.
  • Invoice Processing:
    Handle the generation, verification, and posting of invoices in the system, ensuring timely payments and follow-ups.
  • Bank Reconciliation:
    Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank statements and company records.
  • Expense Management:
    Track and record all expenses, ensuring they are in line with budget allocations by cost/profit centre.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable:
    Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing payments, generating reports, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting:
    Prepare and maintain various financial reports using Excel, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Compliance and Audit:
    Ensure all financial practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations; assist in internal and external audits as required.
  • Support:
    Provide administrative support by assisting with budget preparation, forecasting, and other financial tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in accounting/ finance/ ICWA (inter)/CA (Inter)
  • Experience:
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles in a corporate environment

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP software.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to use formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
