LeadMasters AI is a Dubai-registered Company operating out of Hyderabad. We build solutions in AI-driven marketing automation, social media management, CRM workflows, and intelligent lead generation. Our mission is to help businesses scale with agentic AI-powered automation — blending technology, strategy, and execution into one seamless platform.

At LeadMasters AI, interns don't just observe. They work directly with our team to build, ship, and learn by doing in a fast-paced startup environment.

Internship (Work From Office, Hyderabad)

We are looking for motivated interns who want to kickstart their careers by working on real-world AI and automation projects. This internship is hands-on and meant for candidates who want practical startup exposure rather than classroom-style training.

Responsibilities

  • Good Knowledge in MERN Stack and Python.
  • Work with developers on AI-driven projects in marketing automation and CRM
  • Build, test, and improve features used in production environments
  • Gain exposure to full-stack development, API integration, and workflow automation
  • Learn how startups develop and scale AI-powered products

Expectations

  • Interest in software development, AI, and automation
  • Basic understanding of web development (frontend, backend, or databases preferred)
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and solve problems independently
  • Must report to the office daily in Sainikpuri, Hyderabad

Training and Growth plan:

  • 6-Month Training Phase (Unpaid):
    The initial phase is focused on
    hands-on training and real project exposure
    . Interns will work directly on live projects with our developers, gaining practical startup and AI automation experience.
  • Next 6 Months (Paid Role):
    After completing the training, interns will
    automatically transition into Junior Software Engineer roles
    for the next 6 months with a paid opportunity.
  • Onsite Opportunity (Dubai):
    Exceptional performers during this 1-year journey will be considered for
    onsite opportunities at our Dubai office
    , offering international exposure and career acceleration.
  • Career Progression Beyond the Year:
    After the first year, top performers can advance into full-time Software Engineer positions and leadership roles as the company continues to scale.
