Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Cyber Security Engineer with hands-on experience securing cloud infrastructure, servers, and web/mobile applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, and the ability to identify and mitigate threats before they impact the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) on applications, servers, and networks.
  • Implement and manage preventive and detective security controls across AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments.
  • Monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents; perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Safeguard systems against DDoS attacks, malware, phishing, and intrusion attempts.
  • Review and harden configurations for web servers, databases (SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB), and containers (Docker).
  • Assess and enhance the security posture of WordPress, Drupal, and other web applications.
  • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to embed security best practices in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and information security standards.
  • Stay current with latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and exploits.
  • Prepare security reports, risk assessments, and incident summaries for management review.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3 – 4 years of hands-on experience in a Cyber Security Engineer or equivalent role.
  • Strong expertise in AWS and Azure security configurations (IAM, WAF, CloudTrail, etc.).
  • Proven experience performing VAPT for web, mobile, and network infrastructure.
  • In-depth knowledge of Linux and Windows server hardening.
  • Practical experience in database security (SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with Docker container security and orchestration tools.
  • Solid understanding of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and SSL management.
  • Experience in securing CMS platforms such as WordPress and Drupal.
  • Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK, and Zero Trust frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and incident response capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage risks proactively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
