Your Role

  • Liaise with Fund Managers, Rate Fixing Agents, Investment Banks, Stock Exchanges, and other financial institutions.
  • Handle and validate data related to Euro Bonds, Structured and Hybrid Products.
  • Perform quality checks on automated data feeds and ensure accuracy, coverage, and completeness.
  • Prepare and maintain input procedures and documentation.
  • Provide basic training to new joiners and support their onboarding.
  • Ensure quality assurance of your own inputs using available tools.
  • Identify areas for process improvement at the task level.
  • Support operational excellence initiatives (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9000).
  • Work in a matrixed environment with potential split reporting lines (functional & geographical).
  • Be flexible to work in all shifts, including night shifts.

Your Profile

  • Experience: 17 years in the Financial Services Industry, especially in roles involving interaction with Fund Managers, Investment Banks, and Stock Exchanges.

  • Domain Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of Eurobonds and Capital Markets.

  • Familiarity with Structured and Hybrid Products.

  • Knowledge of Market Data is a plus.

  • Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office and other productivity tools.

  • Strong written communication skills in English, especially for formal client interactions.

  • Understanding of technologies used to create and store datasets.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Flexible, determined, and eager to learn.

  • Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in managing international customers from a service delivery perspective.
  • Capable of training new joiners and documenting procedures effectively.
