We're seeking passionate, self-driven sophomores and juniors to join our remote internship program. As part of our team, you'll gain hands-on experience building real AI applications that solve actual business problems in the eCommerce space.

Position Overview

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer at i95Dev, you will be at the forefront of modernizing our suite of enterprise applications. You'll play a key role in transitioning legacy .NET systems to cutting-edge, React-based architectures, and building high-performance APIs with You will also be responsible for database optimization, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring our applications are secure, stable, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of monolithic legacy .NET applications into modular, scalable systems using modern frameworks
• Design and develop performant front-end components using
• Build robust server-side APIs and backend logic with
• Optimize SQL Server databases for high availability, performance, and scalability
• Ensure security best practices across the application architecture
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver features on time
• Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for code quality and architecture
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions

Technical Requirements

• Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills
• Experience or coursework in AI/ML concepts, particularly natural language processing
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.) and understanding of their capabilities
• Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts and techniques
• Experience with Python is required; knowledge of frameworks like Flask or FastAPI is a plus
• Understanding of RESTful API design principles

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Self-motivated with a bias for action and the ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills, especially in a remote work environment
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
• Enthusiasm for experimentation and iterative developmen

Educational Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years in full-stack development, with substantial expertise in front-end and back-end technologies.
• At least 3-4 years of focused experience in

• Familiarity with PLASMIC or similar design tools is preferred.
