Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Design cum Sales professional based in Gurugram. The role involves creating and implementing effective interior design solutions, planning functional layouts, and collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and preferences. The role also includes driving sales, consulting with potential clients, showcasing design expertise, and managing furniture and FF&E (Fixtures, Fittings, and Equipment) selections to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Interior Design, including planning, layout development, and aesthetic sensibility
  • Strong Space Planning and Furniture expertise to ensure practical and creative solutions
  • Experience with FF&E selection and knowledge of materials, textures, and finishes
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively and translate their needs into designs
  • Sales acumen with the ability to showcase design strategies and convert leads into successful projects
  • Relevant educational background in Interior Design or a related field
  • Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is an advantage
