  • Mandatory Skills & Experience 3-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with ServiceNow project exposure
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as:o ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)o CRM, S2P/APO, Global GBSo ITOM / CMDB (basic to intermediate)o IRM / GRC, HRSD, CSM, WSDExperience in requirement elicitation techniques and documentation
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, and catalog processes
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience working with Jira, ServiceNow Agile, or similar tools

Stakeholder & Communication Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Capability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

Certifications (Preferred)

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)ITIL Foundation CertificationCertified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and upgrades
  • Exposure to reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics
  • Experience in global or enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments
