The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, safety, and maintenance of the company's buildings, infrastructure, and physical assets. This includes managing maintenance teams, vendors, security, housekeeping, utilities, and ensuring compliance with safety

  • 1–3 years of experience in facility management, building operations, or maintenance.
  • Experience in managing vendors, AMC, and technical teams

and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities A. Floor Operations

  • Ensure the floor is clean, organized, and operational at all times.
  • Monitor staff activities and ensure they follow company standards.
  • Manage customer flow, handle escalations, and solve issues immediately.
  • Ensure equipment, furniture, lighting, and display areas are fully functional.

. Staff Management

  • Assign daily duties and ensure employees follow timelines.
  • Conduct attendance checks, grooming checks, and discipline enforcement.
  • Train new staff on SOPs, customer handling, and floor rules.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide real-time feedback.

. Customer Service

  • Ensure all customers/guests are attended efficiently.
  • Handle complaints and provide quick solutions.
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality and service.

. Inventory & Asset Control

  • Check stock availability and coordinate replenishment.
  • Ensure no damage, theft, or misuse of company property.
  • Maintain floor asset register and daily operational checklist.

. Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to fire & safety protocols.
  • Conduct daily safety checks and report hazards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory norms.

. Rules & Regulations for Floor ManagersA. Attendance & Punctuality

  • Must report on time for every shift.
  • Late-coming beyond 10 minutes requires approval.
  • Absenteeism without information is not permitted.

. Grooming & Conduct

  • Must wear proper uniform and ID at all times.
  • Maintain professional body language and communication.
  • No personal mobile usage on the floor unless emergency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
