Homecare Nurse

Company: Phia.Care (Phiawell LLP) Location: Jammu (Patient's Residence) Job Type: Freelance/On-Assignment Basis About Us is a healthcare service platform that connects patients and families with qualified nurses for quality care at home. Through our online platform, patients can book a nurse, and we assign the right professional for their specific care needs. Role Overview We are seeking qualified and licensed nurses to provide home-based nursing care on a freelance basis. Nurses will be assigned patients through our platform and will travel independently to the patient's residence in Jammu. Responsibilities Provide professional and compassionate home nursing care as per the patient's condition. Deliver services such as: Palliative care Elder care Post-surgery care Neonatal, prenatal, and postnatal care Wound care Critical care / ICU-level support Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient vitals. Maintain proper communication with patients, family members, and doctors when required. Ensure accurate documentation of care provided. Travel independently to the assigned residence (details provided by Phia.Care) Requirements Valid Nursing Qualification (GNM / B.Sc Nursing / ANM or higher). Valid Nursing License/Registration. Strong knowledge of medical terms, treatments, and procedures. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. Must be able to travel within Jammu to patient residences. Compensation Payment will be managed and provided by Phia.Care as per assignment.
