Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and detail -oriented Design Engineer with a strong background in aerospace design, specializing in CATIA V5 and Airbus tools. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in part design, assembly, cabin design, drafting, and sheet metal, with hands -on experience in new product introduction (NPI) and mechanical system installations.Key SkillsCATIA V5, Airbus Tool, Product Design, Part Design, Assembly, Cabin Design, Drafting, Sheet Metal, 3D Modeling, Aircraft Methodologies, Mechanical System Installation, NPI, Automation, CommunicationRoles and ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop aerospace components including part design, assemblies, cabin structures, and sheet metal using CATIA V5 and Airbus tools.Create and validate 3D models and technical drawings in line with industry standards and aircraft methodologies.Support new product introduction (NPI) and ensure effective execution of product design activities.Work on mechanical system installation designs and validate compliance with engineering processes.Collaborate with cross -functional teams to meet project requirements, ensure quality standards, and adhere to timelines.Prepare detailed documentation and provide effective written and verbal communication regarding design concepts and progress.Contribute towards process improvements and explore opportunities for design automation.RequirementsExperience: 3–5 years in aerospace design engineering.Technical expertise: Proficiency in CATIA V5 and Airbus design tools.Strong knowledge of part design, assembly, cabin design, sheet metal, and drafting workflows.Experience with aircraft methodologies, processes, and design standards.Exposure to mechanical system installation in aerospace projects.Prior involvement in product design and NPI processes.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Exposure to automation in design will be an added advantage.Position Details Position Title: Design Engineer (Aerospace)Location: BangaloreExperience: 3–5 yearsCTC: Up to 7 LPANumber of Positions: 1 Benefits You will be working with company which based out of Bangalore, showcases the expertise in aerospace and ground transport industries, offering expertise and project management in domains like electrical systems, aerostructures, mechanical, software, systems engineering.
