, and others. We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, train, and optimize
    machine learning
    and
    NLP models
    for classification, prediction, information extraction, and text processing.
  • Design and implement
    end-to-end ML pipelines
    using Python and cloud-native services.
  • Deploy ML models into production using
    AWS services
    such as S3, Lambda, SageMaker, EC2, and API Gateway.
  • Work with large structured and unstructured datasets to extract insights and build robust data pipelines.
  • Evaluate model performance using statistical methods and continuously improve model accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and software developers.
  • Implement best practices for
    MLOps
    , including CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and model versioning.
  • Research and apply the latest advancements in ML and NLP.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong programming skills in
    Python
    (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with
    NLP techniques
    (tokenization, embeddings, transformers, LLMs, NER, sentiment analysis).
  • Solid understanding of
    machine learning algorithms
    , model evaluation, and statistical concepts.
  • Practical experience with
    AWS
    (SageMaker, S3, Lambda, EC2, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.).
  • Experience building and deploying ML models in production environments.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and integrating ML solutions with applications.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with
    LLM fine-tuning
    , vector databases, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Familiarity with
    Docker
    ,
    Kubernetes
    , or other container orchestration tools.
  • Exposure to
    MLOps frameworks
    (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker Pipelines).
  • Knowledge of data engineering (ETL, data quality, data pipelines).
