In action since 2018, our aim is to create powerful alliances to address pressing challenges that are affecting the world and our School of Changemakers has been doing just that. The School of Changemakers offers experiential learning across 10+ impactful themes, from financial inclusion, climate adversity, and tech for good and more- blending theory with hands-on experience.These are curated with our partner social impact organisations that empower learners to take meaningful action and be inspired to do more. These experiences leave participants not only skilled but inspired to continue making a difference in their communities long after the program ends

The Role -
Founder's Office - Global Ops & Partnerships

In this role, you will work directly with the founder, gaining first-hand experience in building  new products.

You'll see how key business functions come together, with high visibility and direct impact on growth. This role is essentially partnership and new product development.  Your role is to speak to school counselors, parents and key stakeholders in India, Singapore and the Middle East and work with the management in creating new products that will be launched in Summer for high school students and college students.

  • Build and manage relationships with school counselors, parents, and key stakeholders across
    India, Singapore, and the Middle East

.
- Support the founder in designing
new learning products

, from concept to launch. Coordinate across core business functions —
partnerships, product, research, and operations

.
- Conduct research on emerging trends in education, student development, and social impact ecosystems.
- Prepare presentations, briefs, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the brand at various forums - online and offline

Skills needed:

-Clear and fluent communication

-High EQ, patience & empathy

-Quick learning ability

-Good with excel, spreadsheet & presentations

-Strong Interest in Education and Social Impact
