, we are transforming customer engagement with next-generation cloud-based platforms. We're looking for an experienced
Implementation Engineer
with a strong background in
Contact Center technologies
and
cloud (AWS) deployments
to join our fast-growing team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the implementation of Konecta products into customer ecosystems.
  • Act as a
    consultant and product SME
    , gathering requirements and aligning solutions with client needs.
  • Configure, test, and deploy Konecta software in
    multi-tenant SaaS environments
    .
  • Train and support users, ensuring smooth adoption and transition to production.
  • Troubleshoot implementation issues while effectively communicating updates to clients.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of
    omnichannel communication technologies
    and their role in contact centers.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Contact Center software suites
    (Five9, Cisco UCCE, Amazon Connect, NICE, Twilio, Avaya, Genesys).
    Five9 experience is a plus.
  • Strong skills in
    SQL
    (mandatory), IP networking, and REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with
    AWS, Linux, Nginx, Redis
    .
  • Previous experience with
    outbound contact center products
    (dialer, ACD, IVR, etc).
  • Excellent problem-solving ability, consultative communication style, and a customer-first mindset.
