Location/Shift:
Flexible; must be comfortable with shifts (MTP or critical MI Support)

Essential Technical Skills

  • 4–8 years of IT experience, preferably in middleware.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of
    hands-on SnapLogic
    development experience.
  • Strong in
    debugging
    and
    optimizing existing flows
    .
  • Good exposure to
    GIT
    and
    CI/CD concepts
    (hands-on experience preferred).
  • Experience with
    Automation
    and
    Scripting
    is an advantage.
  • Good exposure to
    Kafka
    and its integration with SnapLogic.
  • Familiarity with
    SFTP
    ,
    Salesforce (SFDC)
    , and
    API integrations
    .
  • Understanding of
    testing processes
    and willingness to participate in delivery testing when required.
  • Exposure and understanding of
    Agile practices
    in project delivery.

Non-Technical Skills

  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Active, motivated, and eager to learn new technologies and expand skill set.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with leads and stakeholders.
  • Flexible to work in shifts if the project demands.
