We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and converting leads into potential customers.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company products/services.
  • Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
  • Maintain records of calls and customer details in the system.
  • Follow-up with leads and ensure timely conversions.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements

  • Languages: Must be fluent in Hindi & English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in telecalling/customer service is an added advantage.
