Job Description: Senior Finance Manager

Location: Colaba, Mumbai

Level: Senior Manager (SM Level)

Experience: 3+ Years

Compensation: Up to ₹12 LPA

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead end-to-end finance operations, including accounting, Order-to-Cash (O2C), collections, ROI tracking, and financial reporting. This role requires strong ownership, hands-on execution, leadership capability, and a results-driven mindset to enhance financial efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle with accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Oversee billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections
  • Ensure timely payment follow-ups to maintain optimal cash flow
  • Own end-to-end accounting operations, including month-end closing, reconciliations, and ledger management
  • Prepare and analyze ROI and financial performance dashboards
  • Support audits, statutory compliance, and financial regulations
  • Partner with business units and leadership for financial planning and decision-making
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance controls and reduce cycle time

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Graduate / Postgraduate qualification in MBA (Finance) / CA / or equivalent
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Senior Finance Manager or similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and O2C processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and MIS reporting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Candidates with pending results or awaiting exam clearance are not eligible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
