Are you a passionate and curious engineering graduate ready to shape the future of material handling solutions? Join our Port Cranes Engineering team as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) and gain hands-on experience in the crane industry

What You Will Learn & Do

• Work with AutoCAD, NX, and Teamcenter under expert mentorship
• Create and interpret 2D drawings and 3D models
• Understand manufacturing processes, welding basics, and GD&T
• Collaborate on real design assignments with experienced engineers
• Learn how global engineering projects are planned and executed
• Receive regular feedback and mentorship
• Gain awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering
• 0–1 year of experience (Fresh graduates welcome)
• Strong interest in design, product development, and innovation

Skill Sets Needed

• Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals
• Willingness to learn design software
• Curiosity about manufacturing and mechanical design
• Good English communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Passion for the crane and heavy engineering industry

The role is based in our office in SP Infocity, Hadapsar, Pune – but it goes without saying that the remote & hybrid working is a part of our modern ways of working.
