Together we are enabling stakeholder's policy making by providing regular and on-demand business intelligence for the functions across SC and Service operations.ResponsibilitiesSchedule stock count dates with stock keepers across APAC countriesUpload stock count dates in Finance portal Align with compliance team Inventory Count GovernancePerform critical inventory tasks in IM and WM system to ensure the correct number of items are in stockWork closely with stock keepers & supply chain coordinators to improve stock count accuracy Collect RCA for stock discrepancies and plan mitigation actionsResponsible for GR booking follow-upsCreate reports & Dashboards for Managements (Adjustment, Scrap, Remaining Shelf-life, Blocked stock etc) Track all inventory movementsProject Inventory count accuracy data with Supply chain Managers Responsible for stakeholder managementQualifications3-5 Years' experience with knowledge in inventory Control stock take activities & experience Inventory Management and Warehouse managementGraduation in Engineering or similar or PG in SCMProficient with Microsoft Excel/Power PointKnowledge in SQL and Excel MacrosExperience with ERP (SAP) systemCompetenciesGood communication skills in English both written and oral.Good analytical skill and knowledge on inventory management basics.Flexible regarding work hoursGood Team PlayerWhat We offerYou'll have the opportunity to help strengthen the position of Vestas in a key market for the company with excellent perspectives of growth.Join Vestas and you'll cultivate your career in an inspiring environment at an established wind turbine producer, which has an ongoing dedication to sustainability.
