Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Backend Developer with strong expertise in C#, .Net Core, SQL, React JS and knowledge of design patterns to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in designing and developing scalable backend systems using modern .NET technologies, along with solid knowledge of database development, API integrations, and CI/CD practices. Exposure to front-end technologies, cloud platforms, and monitoring solutions is an added advantage.

Work Mode: Remote/Hybrid

Work Hours: EST Time Zone - 12 pm to 9 pm IST

Requirement: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using .NET Core/C# following layered architecture and repository design pattern.

Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database designs to ensure high performance and reliability.

Implement and maintain RESTful APIs with proper authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2, Azure AD).

Work with SharePoint API, Microsoft Graph API, and Teams/Outlook/Word plugins for enterprise integrations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.

Ensure high test coverage with XUnit, NUnit, Jest (for React) and write effective unit/integration tests.

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and deployment processes using Azure DevOps or equivalent. Implement monitoring and logging solutions (Coralogix, Datadog) for system reliability.

Collaborate with front-end teamdevelopers working on React JS and Redux to ensure seamless integration.
• Document APIs with Swagger, and test endpoints with Postman.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and knowledge sharing sessions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of professional experience in backend development using C# and .NET Core.

  • B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA Degree in Computer Science Engineering
    • Strong expertise in SQL Server, Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, and Performance Tuning.
    • Deep understanding of LINQ, Entity Framework, repository & layered architecture patterns.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, build/release processes, and Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions.

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodology.
    • Hands-on experience with Swagger, Postman, and API documentation/testing.

  • Strong understanding of authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth2).

  • Experience with Visual Studio, VS Code, and SSMS.

  • Unit testing experience with XUnit/NUnit, front-end testing knowledge with Jest is a plus

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Python scripting.

  • Knowledge of Coralogix/Datadog monitoring solutions.

  • Domain knowledge in LegalTech / Legal domain systems.

  • Exposure to React JS, Redux, and modern front-end development.

  • Experience with Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint API, Teams/Outlook/Word add-ins.
