We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated tutor to provide academic support for BUS 207: Managerial Economicsat Simon Fraser University (Beedie School of Business). The tutor will help students understand lecture material, concepts in demand analysis, elasticity, and applications in real-life business scenarios.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions.
  • Explain concepts such as demand functions, elasticity (own-price, income, cross-price), and applications (markup pricing, tax burden).
  • Assist students with lecture material, practice questions, and exam preparation.
  • Encourage active learning and problem-solving.

Job Type: Part-time
