Store In-charge

1. Stock Management & Operations

• Manage stock inward and outward entries accurately on a daily basis.
• Verify received materials against invoices and update system records.
• Track inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage of goods to avoid damage or loss.

2. Bookkeeping & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of stock movement and store transactions.
• Create and maintain manual and digital records for audits.
• Prepare daily and weekly inventory reports for management review.

3. System & Excel Work

• Handle ERP or inventory management software for real-time updates.
• Maintain stock reports and MIS in MS Excel.
• Generate reports for inward, outward, and balance stock.

4. Vouchers & Billing

• Prepare vouchers, debit/credit notes, and other financial documents.
• Coordinate with accounts for reconciliation of stock and billing.

5. Compliance & Safety

• Follow company policies for stock handling and documentation.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and security during night operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of store operations and inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
