Job Title: Part-Time IT Support

Location: Balkampet, Hyderabad

Type: Part-time / On-call basis

Work Requirement:

  • 1–2 visits per month (based on company requirements)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite IT support during scheduled visits.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other devices.
  • Ensure system backups, antivirus, and security updates are up to date.
  • Support employees with technical queries when required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support / system administration.
  • Good knowledge of Windows, networking, and basic server management.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Flexibility to attend office on-call when required (1–2 times per month).

Compensation: Monthly retainer or per-visit basis (to be discussed).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹130, ₹752,957.50 per year

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
