Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Schedule: Day Shift (10 AM – 7 PM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Executive to lead our digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media optimization, and paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing digital marketing strategies for U.S.-based clients, a strong analytical mindset, and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and optimize SEO and Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies for clients to enhance online visibility and engagement.
  • Design and oversee all aspects of the Digital Marketing Department, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry trends.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) for U.S. clients with a focus on ROI and performance metrics.
  • Analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns and prepare comprehensive reports outlining key metrics and insights.
  • Plan, manage, and grow the presence across all major social media platforms.
  • Demonstrate leadership and team management abilities, ensuring smooth workflow and collaboration within the department.
  • Effectively handle multiple projects under pressure, consistently meeting tight deadlines with high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in SEO, SMO, and paid campaign management (especially for U.S.-based clients).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
