Commis II

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commis II to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance culinary offerings.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in inventory management and stock control.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commis II or similar role in a professional kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
