Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Jammu & Kashmir, India. As a Psr (Presales Representative), you will be responsible for managing sales activities within the assigned territory. Your core duties include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining retail and distributor relationships, and ensuring proper distribution of products. You will also monitor sales performance, implement strategies to achieve sales targets, and provide timely reports to the management.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with an ability to meet and exceed targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer demands to develop effective business strategies
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
• Basic proficiency with sales and reporting tools, as well as standard office software
• Prior sales experience in the consumer goods industry or a related field is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as per job requirements
