 Job Description:

JD - 
Act as the first point of contact for SAP-related technical issues via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Provide first- and second-level support across core SAP modules
Analyze and troubleshoot SAP errors, performance issues, and connectivity problems.
Escalate unresolved incidents to relevant SAP functional or technical teams.
Coordinate with SAP Basis/ABAP teams for backend issues or user authorization troubleshooting.
Maintain incident and service request logs
Monitor SAP system alerts and interface failures and take appropriate action.
Assist in SAP user access management and role/authorization reviews.
Support SAP transports and patch activities under guidance from the BASIS team.
Create and update SOPs, knowledge base articles, and user guides.
Participate in system testing and post-deployment validations.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, security, and audit requirements.
