Job responsibilities includes -

Financial Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounting software.

Financial Reporting:Preparing financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Generating financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

Financial Analysis:Analyzing financial data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies.

Providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.

Reconciliation:Reconciling bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Resolving discrepancies and variances.

Financial Software and Systems:Using accounting software and financial management systems to process transactions and generate reports. Recommending and implementing software upgrades or improvements.

Tax Services: Preparing and filing tax returns for individuals, businesses, and organizations. Advising clients on tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities. Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations and staying updated on changes in tax codes.

Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing client inquiries and concerns. Identifying opportunities for additional services and cross-selling firm offerings.

Research and Analysis:Conducting research on accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry trends to stay informed and provide clients with relevant advice. Analyzing financial data and providing insights for decision-making.

Technology and Automation:Utilizing accounting software and technology tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance accuracy. Recommending and implementing software solutions for clients.

Continuing Education:Keeping up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and industry best practices. Maintaining relevant certifications, such as CPA, and fulfilling continuing education requirements.

Team Collaboration:Collaborating with colleagues within the CPA firm on complex projects or client engagements. Mentoring and training junior staff members.

Quality Control:Ensuring that work meets the firm's quality control and professional standards. Reviewing the work of junior accountants to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
