We are looking for a skilled professional with 7 to 12 years of experience in Pega and Smart Dispute to join our team in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, and Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading design, elaboration, and implementation of business processes, strategies, rules, and analytical models.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Lead the development and implementation of business processes, strategies, rules, and analytical models using PEGA + Smart Dispute.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Design and implement CDH components to meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to PEGA + Smart Dispute.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Pega, with at least 5 years focused on Smart Dispute.
  • Strong knowledge of PEGA CSSA certified and its applications.
  • Experience with full-time graduate education and Pega Lead System Architect certification is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Notice period: 0-45 days.
