We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic B.Sc. Chemistry graduate to join our PVD Coating team as a Machine Operator Trainee.

The selected candidate will be trained to operate and maintain PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating machines, used in advanced surface treatment for tools, components, and decorative applications.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain industrial experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Education: B.Sc. in Chemistry (General, Industrial, Applied Chemistry, or related field).

Experience: Freshers welcome.

Location: Chakan in Pune. Candidates from Pune or nearby areas preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in operating, monitoring, and controlling PVD coating machines as per standard procedures.

Prepare substrates and fixtures for coating, including cleaning and pre-treatment.

Load and unload parts into the vacuum chamber with attention to cleanliness and quality.

Monitor coating parameters and report deviations to the supervisor.

Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting on the equipment.

Support quality control by performing visual inspections and basic thickness/adhesion checks.

Maintain accurate logs of machine operations, maintenance, and production output.

Ensure adherence to workplace safety, cleanliness, and SOP compliance.

Willingness to work with vacuum systems, high-temperature equipment, and in a manufacturing setup.

Additional information:

B.sc pass-out in 2025 only, Backlogs subject not allowed.

Previously not worked as Apprentice trainee.

Salary: Rs 17000/- per month, Not negotiable.

Ready to work on NAPS / off-roll job.

Canteen available, No Bus facility.

Ready to work in Rotational shifts (1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts)
