Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Air Conditioning Design Engineer with 5 15 years of experience in designing and delivering efficient air conditioning systems across diverse sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system design, equipment selection, technical documentation, and coordination with cross-functional teams for successful project execution and should have basic electrical knowledge to understand SLD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design HVAC (AC) systems including heat load calculations, ducting layout, chilled and condenser layout, water piping, refrigerant piping, and equipment selection & their positioning for installation.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, technical submittals, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with architecture, structural, and MEP teams to ensure clash-free implementation.
• Support site teams by providing design intent and resolving technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with standards like ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NBC, and sector-specific norms IS 0655, SMACNA applicable for ducting work.
• Note: Selection of chillers, AHUs, pumps, cooling towers, instruments, valves, ADP along with proper designing of ducts, piping with supports etc. are mandatory including knowledge of soft water & water treatment of hard water.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a technically strong Ventilation Design Engineer with 5 15 years of experience in designing efficient ventilation systems for varied industrial, commercial, and special-use environments. The candidate will be responsible for designing natural, forced, and hybrid ventilation systems tailored to specific customer needs, with an emphasis on power savings, safety, IAQ, and application-based equipment selection and should have basic electrical knowledge to understand SLD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer-specific requirements to design appropriate ventilation systems (natural/forced/combined).
• Conduct seasonal heat-load calculations and design of fans (cost-effective), ducts etc. with ADP.
• Select ventilation equipment (fans, dampers, scrubbers, heat recovery systems, etc.) based on application, efficiency, and safety.
• Optimize ventilation designs for energy efficiency and power savings without compromising performance.
• Ensure statutory safety in the selection process (e.g. fire, smoke etc.)
• Design and integrate controls (e.g., EXV) for managing IAQ, cross-contamination, stale air, odour, dust, humidity, and smoke.
• Design of wet ventilation systems where required (e.g., evaporative cooling, wet scrubbers).
• Coordinate with electrical and ELV teams for system integration and control wiring.
• Specify and integrate appropriate instruments for air quality, pressure, and temperature monitoring which should be used in PG test.
• Knowledge of PG testing for ventilation system with approval of write-ups.

We are seeking a skilled PHE Design & Estimation Engineer with 5 15 years of experience in designing and estimating comprehensive plumbing and public health systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The candidate should have a strong understanding of water supply, drainage systems, water treatment, and sustainability practices like rainwater harvesting and water recycling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Water Supply Systems: Identify source of water and design primary and secondary distribution networks based on demand.
• Demand Assessment: Calculate water consumption needs per building use (residential, broader commercial, healthcare, industrial etc.).
• Filtration & Distribution: Design filtration systems (e.g. softeners, RO, UV) and ensure clean, safe distribution across all fixtures of water i.e. water treatment.
• Drainage Systems: Design grey water and black water drainage with appropriate slopes, traps, venting, and access (single/multiple).
• Storm Water & Rain Water Harvesting: Plan and design rainwater harvesting systems and storm water drainage networks as per regulatory norms.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Electrical Design Engineer with 5 15 years of experience in the design and implementation of electrical systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The role requires in-depth knowledge of power supply and distribution systems with safety protocols, DG and emergency UPS systems, and integration of solar PV technologies (optional).

Key Responsibilities:

• Power Supply & Distribution:

• Overall knowledge of an electrical system.

• Design and layout of HT (High Tension) and LT (Low Tension) power distribution systems, panels, switchgear, and cabling including proper earthing.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in power system design and installation.
• Coordinate with utility providers for load sanctioning and metering requirements.
• Knowledge of electrical equipments needed for various electrical panels (indoor & outdoor).

• Knowledge of point wirings with various types of materials and knowledge of street lighting.

• Backup Power Systems:

• Plan and integrate Diesel Generator (DG) systems with automatic or manual changeover schemes.

• Design fuel piping, exhaust routing, acoustic treatment, and ventilation for DG rooms.

• Emergency Power & VPS:

• Design emergency power systems with Vertical Power Shafts (VPS) and automatic changeover for critical loads (fire pumps, elevators, emergency lighting, etc.).

• Ensure redundancy and system reliability for essential building services.

• Solar PV Systems (optional):

• Design grid-tied and standalone Photovoltaic (PV) Solar Energy Systems.

• Perform load studies, inverter selection, panel placement, and net metering integration.

• Prepare SLDs (Single Line Diagrams), load schedules, DB schedules, earthing and lightning protection layouts.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned MEP Construction/Project Manager with 1015 years of proven experience in managing and executing large-scale MEP projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in handling end-to-end site execution, material and labour management, and client coordination for multi-crore MEP systems in high-rise buildings, hotels, and commercial/industrial infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage the execution of the following MEP packages: Central Air Conditioning Systems (2030 Cr), Dry & Wet Plumbing Systems (510 Cr), HT/LT Electrical Works including point wiring and SLD (10 Cr), PHE Systems in high-rises and hotels (1015 Cr), ELV Systems (3 Cr+), and Fire Protection & Fire Alarm Systems (8 Cr+).
• Material Management:
• Monitor, control, and record the ingoing and outgoing materials at site.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of approved materials.
• Maintain inventory logs and prevent material shortages or excesses.
• Manage scrap identification, segregation, and disposal as per company protocols.
• Develop and track execution schedules, labour histograms, and target timelines.
• Oversee daily site activities including:
• Quality checks as per technical drawings and standards
• Housekeeping and safety compliance
• Labour deployment and productivity monitoring
• Coordinate with client representatives, PMCs, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site-related issues and ensure uninterrupted progress.
• Ensure all statutory compliances are met: PF, ESI, labour licenses, safety protocols, and manpower insurance.
• Lead testing and commissioning activities: Pre-commissioning and PG testing of all systems, Joint inspections, MOMs, & measurement reports and Final handover with zero snag points
• Handle all techno-commercial activities:
• Prepare and raise invoices along with signed protocols
• Ensure timely certification and payment follow-ups
• Support project closure including DLP management and BG release

Skills & Competencies:

• Execution expertise in all core MEP disciplines.
