Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities to promote our educational programs and build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other academic institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract more students and boost overall classroom occupancy.
  • Conduct counselling sessions for prospective students and parents to guide them on course selection and career pathways.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive student enrolments and brand awareness.
  • Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, and promotional events in schools and colleges.
  • Generate and manage leads through various marketing channels — online campaigns, campus activities, and partnerships.
  • Visit schools, colleges, and educational fairs to establish and strengthen institutional relationships.
  • Maintain a strong rapport with educational institutions and key decision-makers for long-term collaborations.
  • Coordinate with the internal marketing and admissions teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Motivate and support marketing staff in their respective roles to achieve team goals and ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and contribute to creative marketing ideas and brand promotion initiative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16, ₹28,000.00 per month
