Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of multiple projects across various initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for the initiative, representing leadership and building relationships with stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver weekly reports, manage program pipelines, and coordinate interviews and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain and manage demand tracking through Excel sheets, including pivot tables and reporting dashboards.
  • Create and present program updates and strategic insights via PowerPoint presentations.
  • Collaborate effectively across global teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and ownership.
  • Support US-based teams with required time zone overlap (until 1:30 PM CST).
  • Foster a positive and professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on long-term engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to understand technology concepts and communicate effectively with technical teams (though not managing tech projects directly).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport across diverse teams.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in cloud operations or enterprise program management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with global delivery models and working with US-based teams.
  • Experience in managing relationships in new engagements or client-facing roles.
