Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to engage potential customers.
  • Identify customer needs and offer relevant VIP services.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Represent 's VIP Services with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Accurately document all client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly targets.

Who Should Apply?

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in telesales, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is required. Knowledge of Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Gujarati, or Bengali is a strong plus.
  • Age Group: 22 to 40 years.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, rapport-building, and persuasive sales ability.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve success.
