Job Title: Project Bid Executive / Bid Filing Specialist

Location: Nashik / PAN India

Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred in IT Projects, GeM, Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Bid Executive who can independently handle the complete bid cycle — from identifying opportunities, filing bids, coordinating with internal teams, to successfully closing the bid and onboarding the project. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in GeM tender filing and bid closure, along with exposure to global freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify relevant IT & Non-IT tender opportunities across GeM and other government portals.
  • End-to-end handling of GeM bid filing, documentation, compliance checks, and bid submission.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, management) for preparing required documents.
  • Manage bidding on global platforms — Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc., including proposal writing, client communication, and follow-ups.
  • Track bid progress, communicate clarifications, and submit required responses within deadlines.
  • Ensure proper documentation, contract preparation, and smooth onboarding after bid award.
  • Maintain records of submitted bids, awarded projects, and performance metrics.
  • Understand market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis for better bid success.
  • Build good rapport with clients, vendors, and government departments if required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in GeM tender filing and successful bid closures (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with global freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software development, or SaaS products (added advantage).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong analytical mindset.
