• Position: Deputy Manager - BPO Operations (Telecollection Process)


• Industry: BPO / KPO


• Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience


• Salary: Best in the industry


• Job type: Full-time & WFO

Job responsibilities:


• Excellent leadership and team management skills


• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient work delivery


• Regularly monitor, track and analyze performance metrics and identify improvement areas


• Identify and implement innovative strategies for process enhancement


• Maintain accurate collection data, generate MIS reports, and prepare presentations on team performance and business objectives


• Client handling and dispute resolution

Desired candidate profile:


• Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in handling Telecollection process in BPO setup / call center operations


• Strong analytical and communication skills


• Overall process knowledge i.e. Call flow, Dialer management, MIS, QA, etc.


• DRA certification will be preferable


• Immediate joiner and ready to relocate to Vadodara
