We are looking for talented Java Full Stack Developers with strong experience in Cloud technologies and DevOps practices to help build a new strategic capability for the bank: the Early Mitigation process. This initiative is focused on identifying and proactively supporting customers who are at risk of becoming delinquent (in arrears).

You will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team comprising an architect, software developers, and business analysts, led by a product owner who defines the vision and roadmap. The role involves working on a blend of custom-built applications and third-party systems, with a strong emphasis on scalability, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack Java applications.
  • Build and deploy cloud-native solutions using modern cloud platforms.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure best engineering practices.
  • Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and support the team in achieving sprint goals.

Mandatory skills

  • Solid experience in Java (Spring Boot), Microservices and front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
