Working Days:
Monday to Sunday (Weekly off on rotation)

Role Overview:

Inti Fashions is seeking a responsible and proactive
Store Manager
to oversee the entire in-store operations at our Gandhipuram outlet. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing people, handling inventory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store functioning.


Key Responsibilities :

Complete Store In-Charge:

  • Take full responsibility for all in-store activities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for store-related issues, staff coordination, and daily performance.

Team & Sales Executive Coordination:

  • Supervise store assistants, helpers, and sales executives.
  • Assign daily tasks and ensure staff follow timing, grooming, and store discipline.
  • Motivate the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Billing & Customer Handling:

  • Manage billing operations accurately through POS or manual billing.
  • Handle walk-in customers, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
  • Train junior staff in handling customers professionally.

Inventory & Stock Management:

  • Monitor daily stock inward and outward movement.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse/production team for stock requirements.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and report shortages or excess.

Visual Merchandising & Store Cleanliness:

  • Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
  • Oversee garment tagging, folding, ironing, and proper display.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Share daily updates with management (sales report, stock status, team attendance).
  • Handle basic store admin tasks and coordinate with the backend team for smooth operations.

Customer Satisfaction & Complaint Handling:

  • Attend to customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
  • Ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere in the store.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2 years
    experience in store or retail management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer knowledge for report updates
