Role Overview:
As a sales Consultant specializing in loans and financial services, you will leverage your industry expertise to identify and secure new business opportunities, build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, and contribute to the company's growth objectives. Your role will involve working closely with our sales, underwriting, and product development teams to enhance our service offerings and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Research: Gather and analyse information about clients' industries, businesses, and challenges.
- Engage with Clients: Initiate discussions to understand client requirements, goals, and pain points.
- Strategy Creation: Design effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve client goals and company targets.
- Market Analysis: Assess market trends, competitive landscape, and client industry to inform strategy.
- Close Deals: Finalize sales agreements and ensure successful completion of transactions.
- Build Rapport: Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients for long-term partnerships.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, progress, and outcomes for management review.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Internal Training: Educate and train internal teams on sales techniques, product knowledge, and client management.
- Collect Feedback: Gather feedback from clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products.
Qualifications:
- Experience: TY Students, Fresher Graduate and Ex- Student of all programs
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of financial products, loan processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
